1. How did the pitching coach get the author to stop “over thinking” on the mound?
The pitching coach got the author to stop “over thinking” on the mound is that Bryan got him in there by emphasizing a quiet head in the physical sense. Also by worrying only about keeping on gazing steady and the skull centered, and then he stopped over thinking.
2. Why did Bryan believe it was better to learn a change-up first?
Bryan believed that it was better to learn a change-up first because it would be easier on the elbow and also because it meant that mastering a change is the first step on separating a little thrower from pitcher with craft.
3. How does one throw a change-up?
One throw a change-up looks to the batter like a fastball and is thrown with all the force and the conviction of a fastball and it would be a good practice for if you keep on doing it.
4. Why does a change-up work?
A change-up works because of the unorthodox grip, also that helps wrap around the ball. The pitch comes out of the hand more slowly and it would have a lot of force on the ball.
5. What makes a good pitching coach?
A good pitching coach is a person that has skills on pitching and also had good experiences on the techniques he used and helped. Also that the student is dedicated to learning, it would help the couch to learn form his teaching.

The equivalent of a “change-up” be in the writing is trying to use blazing speed and brute force to wow the people who are watching. Also realizing that it would help it they new how to change speed from time to time.

Failure, in many ways, is the default setting in baseball. A pitcher can be on a roll and cruising through a game, but he is always just one bad pitch, or one fielding mistake, away from a meltdown. The thing Bryan Price teaches is not how to win all the time. What he teaches is how to right your self when you falter or fail.
The author is trying to say is that if you never practice and tried setting your skills; you will never be a good pitcher. But if you know how to set up your skills and practice on your failure, you will succeed in the next game. Then if you can be a good pitcher and then you could help others to learn
